Team Member Backgrounds

John Perkins - As the majority owner has worked in the building industry for 27 years. He spent 15 years running building centers for Wickes Lumber in the Midwest, responsible for all P&L activities. For the last 12 years he has held various management positions for MI Windows & Doors a national manufacturer based in Pennsylvania.

Brad Holtz - As an owner has spent his entire 18 year career advancing in the building industry. His experience includes retail, wholesale, two-step distribution and manufacturing sales management positions. He has earned the respect and trust of many of the key millwork distributors ~ lumber yards in the Midwest. He previously worked for MI Windows & Doors, where he served as national account manager. Brad was repeatedly recognized for his ability to “open doors” at all levels in the building supply chain.

Jeff Williams - Has over 19 years experience in the building materials industry. He started in the business with 84 lumber and moved on from there to spend a decade at Tree Court Builders Supply as vice president. Since 2003 Jeff has been developing customers through out Missouri and Arkansas for MI Windows & Doors. His aggressive nature has brought considerable growth through out his territory.
